I'm logged out and can't get back in, how do I reset my password?

To reset your WGSN password: Go to Forgot Password Enter your registered email address and click continue Check your email inbox for a password reset link from WGSN. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder. I can't reset my password

How do I change the phone number of my 2FA verification code?

To change the phone number of your 2FA you need to send an email to wgsn.contactus@wgsn.com with the subject "Update phone number 2FA". You don't need to share your phone number just share the email you use to login.

I'm new user how do I setup my account?

To set up your WGSN account, please complete the form on left to request access or activation. They’ll confirm your eligibility and help you get login details.

I'm a student and can't login

If you are a student and can't create a login please note: Your email address needs to be a university email address e.g. firstname.lastname@uniname.ac.uk If using a university email address still doesn't work, please check that you are on the university Wi-Fi network - this may be by being on campus if this is possible, but if not, you will need to use a university portal (like a VPN) that allows you to access university networks remotely You can then go to www.wgsn.com to see the site generally, or you'll be able to go to www.wgsn.com/edu to create or reactivate a personal account

I'm a student and my login is inactive

If you have been inactive for a while you need to go to www.wgsn.com/edu and click reactivate while on campus.
